Yosemite Mariposa County Tourism Bureau (YMCTB) will conduct The Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

YMCTB may conduct The Contest concurrently and simultaneously on several participating television stations, radio stations, websites and print publications. YMCTB may add or remove participating stations, websites or print publications at any time during The Contest.

Description of Contest/Participation:

Dates of Contest: The Contest will begin December 12, 2011 and end on February 19, 2012.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS.

How to Enter – Two Ways to Enter:

Beginning on December 12, 2011, contestants can visit www.OnlyInYosemite.com and enter to win the Yosemite/Badger Pass Sweepstakes by registering. All eligible contestants must register by entering the required information in the registry form. No personal information will be sold.

Beginning December 26, 2011, participants may also mail in a letter with their name, address and phone number to the below address for their chance to win the prize:

How to Play:

Visit www.OnlyInYosemite.com. An entry form will be made available to be completed one time during The Contest. No personal information will be sold to other parties.

Entries become the property of YMCTB and YMCTB will conduct a random drawing from all entries received for the prizes. Entrants will become eligible for the grand prizes, if registered.

• Two nights B&B at Yosemite Lodge at the Falls plus Stay N Play passes for each day of their stay for a family of four (two adults and two children).
• Each Stay N Play pass includes one Badger Pass lift ticket, equipment rental, one Group Lesson (ski or snowboard), one tubing session, Curry Village ice skating session with rentals, and one Valley Floor Tour
